What communities ask us
Is this short-term rental arbitrage?
No. Stay signs a standard lease on each apartment, furnishes it, and places vetted guests for 30 nights or longer. No nightly stays, no lockbox churn, no listing on vacation-rental platforms.
Who are the guests?
Relocating professionals and their families, corporate assignees, insurance policyholders between homes. Background checks for every adult, in line with your community's own policy. Average stays run well past 70 nights.
How many homes do you take?
Usually a handful per community, growing with demand. We would rather be a steady, quiet tenant in a few homes than a large block that moves your occupancy around.
Will my community appear on your website?
Only if you want it to. You choose: named with photos, listed anonymously as a neighborhood, or not shown at all. Nothing on our site ever shows unit numbers, nightly rates or a “book now” button.
Who do I call when something comes up?
Us. One company, one phone number, people in Charlotte and Raleigh. We handle the guest; you never do.
