Terms of use

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or to book a stay. The content of this site is provided for information about Stay Furnished Apartments' services. A quote request is not a booking; a booking exists only when a quote has been confirmed and a lease or guest agreement has been signed.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Minimum stay is 30 nights unless otherwise stated. Rent is due by the 5th of each month; cards are processed on the 1st. A 30‑day written notice to vacate is required before departure. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival incur no fee; 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of one month; 14 days or less, one full month.

Taxes

Stays under 90 nights are subject to applicable state and local occupancy and sales taxes, which are shown on your quote and invoice. Stays of 90 nights or longer are generally exempt under North Carolina and South Carolina rules.

Guests and communities

Each adult resident is subject to a background check in line with the community's requirements. Guests agree to follow the rules of the community in which they stay, including pet, parking and amenity policies. Stay Furnished Apartments is the tenant of record and your point of contact for everything about your home.

Content and trademarks

Community names and photographs appear with their owners' permission and remain their property. The Stay name and logo are trademarks of Stay Furnished Apartments.
