Privacy policy

This is our privacy policy and we will comply with it, as well as applicable U.S. privacy law, when we gather and use information from users of our website and services.

What we collect

When you request a quote, submit a partner inquiry or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the city and dates you're asking about, who will be paying for the stay, and anything you write in the message box. For insurance placements we may collect a claim number and an adjuster's contact details. We also record the page you sent the form from and basic technical information about the request so we can prevent abuse.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare a quote, arrange and manage a stay, invoice the right party, and keep in touch about your booking. If you ask to receive our newsletter we will send it until you unsubscribe. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers we need to run the business: our property management system, our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers), our email provider, and the apartment community where you will be staying, which receives the information its lease and background‑check process requires.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy‑respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser's "do not track" setting is honored for analytics.

Your choices

Email hello@stayfurnished.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving email from us. We keep booking and invoicing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Children

You must be 18 or older to use this site or book a stay. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
